## What is Flow?

Plan your next session. Log the work you do. Keep your training history in one place.

Flow is a strength-training planner and workout log for iPhone. Choose your equipment and weight units, then start training without an account or API key. Core workout planning, exercise instructions and set logging work on your phone, including when you're offline.

BUILD A WORKOUT
Choose a training focus, equipment and approximate duration. Review and edit the exercises before you start, or save a workout to use again.

KEEP MOVING BETWEEN SETS
Record weights and repetitions, check written exercise instructions and custom animated demonstrations, and swap an exercise when you need an alternative. Adjust or skip rest timers as you go. Some exercises have written instructions without an animation.

SEE YOUR TRAINING HISTORY
Review completed sessions, past sets, strength trends and weekly training volume. Keep using kilograms or pounds throughout your workouts.

CHOOSE WHAT YOU CONNECT
Use Flow locally or sign in to an optional Flow account to back up and sync training records. Apple Health is optional too: connect it in Settings to use permitted health data in training suggestions and save completed workouts.

EXPORT YOUR RECORDS
Export workout history as CSV or a JSON backup from Settings. You can delete local training data, or delete your Flow account when signed in.

Training and recovery suggestions are estimates from your records, not medical measurements or treatment advice.
