Flow Retail Assistant makes it super easy to handle orders, stock counting, sales, and deliveries with Flow Retail.

### 2.23.0 — 2026-08-21

Added
- Budget under the More page: an overview showing actual sales against budget for the current month and year to date, with a store picker and a budget report behind it showing budget versus actual per month and a day-by-day breakdown when tapping a month.
- Partial payment: pressing pay on an order with more than one unpaid line now offers paying only some of the lines. The selected lines are put on their own receipt and paid separately, and the seller is then offered the receipt, exchange note and gift card actions for what was just paid before returning to the order to carry on with the remaining lines, which can later be paid the same way or in full. Backing out before anything has been paid releases the lines again
- Payment method selection now shows informational messages above the available methods (e.g. when a refund must be returned to the same payment method as the original payment), so restrictions on which methods can be used are explained up front
- Pickup messages now include the customer's name where the template uses the customer name variable
- Customer number in customer details

- Create contact dialog now enforces the tenant's required contact fields (email, mobile, address, postal code and city) instead of always treating them as optional; the address, postal code and city fields appear automatically when required and can otherwise be revealed with an add address button

Fixed
- Error banner appeared immediately after login on tenants with no order handlings configured — the dashboard sent an empty order counts request that the API rejected (400)
- Deleting a purchase order line with receivements showed a technical backend error; the app now explains up front that the line cannot be deleted, and when the line is only linked to a confirmation it instructs the user to remove the confirmation first
- Order search when creating a service only showed fully settled orders, so confirmed orders with partial payment or delivery could not be selected
- The prepayment option was not offered when the order total was 0, making it impossible to refund prepayments on such orders; the option is now offered when the order has prepayments left to refund and goes directly to the refund flow, since a new prepayment is not possible on a zero total order
- The send gift card action in order details was hidden for partially settled orders even though the gift card was paid and activated; it is now available as soon as the order has an activated gift card
- Print exchange note in order details is now also available for partially settled orders, listing only the items that are paid; previously it required the whole order to be settled
- When the server rejects an operation because the user lacks the required permission, the error shown was a raw technical message from the backend; it now shows a clear translated message explaining that the user does not have permission and should contact an administrator

- Payment method validation: enforce customer type (person/company), prompt to add or change customer, and prompt to fill in missing email / phone number before a method can be selected
- Guest-customer orders are now rejected for payment methods that require a registered customer
- Payment methods that require exclusive use are blocked once the order has any completed settlement
- Minimum-payment-amount summary shown above the payment method list when any available method has a minimum, and below-threshold amounts are rejected with a specific error
- Payment method `amountInput` setting is respected: `FORCE_REMAINING` locks the amount field, `AUTOFILL_REMAINING` pre-fills it
- Payment methods with `useRounding` restrict the amount field to integers and settle against the rounded remaining

- Loyalty-points payment is blocked when the customer is not enrolled in the loyalty program
- Loyalty-points payment: the customer's available points balance is fetched and shown above the amount field, and the amount is pre-filled and capped at the available balance
- Two-Invoice payment is blocked when the customer does not have the TWO extension activated
- Recurring-payment consent: orders containing items that need customer consent for recurring payments now trigger the consent dialog on Pay, poll for the customer's response, and block payment until all consents are accepted
- B2B contact-person selection: payment methods that require a customer contact open a picker to choose an existing contact or create a new one; the picker also fires when a company customer is swapped in during validation
- Two-Invoice payment additionally checks the selected contact's TWO extension — if the contact is missing the service, the method is blocked with a clear message (activation stays in the client app)
- Changing the customer during payment validation on an order with deliveries now prompts to copy the new customer's address onto the existing deliveries
- Variant properties to order items in order details page
- Improvements to order handling list and open order pages

- Featured payment methods are grouped above listed methods in the payment method picker, separated by a divider

Fixed
- Stock numbers in product lists, sales scan, purchase order, and receivement now respect the user's warehouse access — previously showed totals across all store-owned warehouses
- Onboarding could be reset in some rare cases
- Note dialog: switching between visible/internal tabs now moves keyboard focus to the visible field, so typing no longer goes to the hidden tab
- Deliver out an item which already had serial number entered did fail
