I’ve tried a lot of habit tracking apps and productivity apps, but Flow State is the one that actually stuck. It’s a genuinely useful daily habit tracker with a built-in AI coach that gives smart, personalized nudges instead of generic tips — feels more like a self improvement tool than just a checklist app. Streak protection keeps you motivated without the guilt spiral when you miss a day, and the drag-to-reorder habit list plus custom notification times per habit make it easy to build a routine that fits your actual schedule. The themes are a nice touch too if you like customizing your goal tracker to match your style. If you’re looking for a simple but powerful habit builder and routine tracker, this is it.
