Flow helps you make sense of your own entries. Each week, you get a summary that looks back at what you have noted. It touches on your successes and your frustrations, and suggests small, practical habits to help you move forward. The more you use it, the more familiar it becomes with how you work.

Privacy is at the core of this. There are no accounts, no cloud syncing, and no tracking. Everything you write stays on your phone. Only you can see your entries.
Tailored to your needs

The app works perfectly without any extra setup. If you want, you can choose to provide more personal details to get more specific feedback, but that is entirely your choice. There are no requirements, only options.
