Flow Yoga offers several subscription choices of various duration and pricing. These plans include monthly ($7.99 billed monthly) and an annual plan ($86.99 billed annually). All plans give you full access to Flow Yoga and all its features just at different duration levels. Once the yearly plan is selected you will be given a week free trial to use Flow Yoga. Once the trial comes to an end, your iTunes Account will be charged.

Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period. Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, and identify the cost of the renewal. Payment will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase. If you subscribe before your free trial ends, the rest of your free trial will be forfeited as soon as your purchase is confirmed.

You spend money on this... and give you very very very little yoga poses and content.  If you want more... they ask for more money... even though you just paid for the app.  Terrible.

This app is just what I was looking for! I love the fact that you can filter and customise the type of practise you want to take based on what you want the focus to be, how long you’d like the session to last and how experienced you are. I don’t always feel like I know how to set up my own flow depending on morning/night/which areas to focus on, so this is very helpful for guidance and keeping me regular with my practise. 

The instructions are clear, the voice over is clear and calming, and the videos are very sharp and helpful. I’d say this would be suitable for any yogi, whether you’re experienced or just a beginner!
