## What is Flowable Engage Mobile?

Flowable Engage is used to provide secure and fully audited communication between your organization and clients. Ideal for financial services, healthcare and social services to engage with people in a familiar and convenient way. Chat is the new way to do business, and Flowable Engage allows you to do this with all the controls and security you would expect.

This app allows you or your clients to chat via your own Flowable Engage service knowing that you have full control over who can participate and what information is visible to participants.  Flowable Engage can provide services that are a mix of human and chatbot interactions. Process and Case Management technology backs the chat to provide the right mix of following necessary steps and business practices with natural conversation.

A chat between you and your client is just a click away, including exchanging documents, photos and videos. Get photos of claims evidence, identification checks in an instant. Share policy or proposal documents and get feedback immediately.

The Flowable Engage service can operate in a variety of one-to-one, group and team desk modes.  One moment you can be chatting with an assigned client and the next you're picking up a team ticket to work on. And if there's a formal set of steps you need to follow at any time, the process management technology can run directly within the chat.  Get questionnaires and forms completed as part of a conversation.

The Flowable Engage service can be configured to use chatbots to answer common questions, or to provide assistance on specific actions that are requested. Want some information collected and initiate some processing in another system? A chatbot can offer to be your digital assistant and do this. Alternatively, you can use the Flowable Engage app to trigger digital assistants on demand.

When you can't remember exactly who you were having which conversation with, use the powerful search to find chats, contacts or messages.  You'll only find what you're permitted to find and see.
