They seem to work with very poor-quality vendors and often try to make customers appear dishonest by claiming things were said or requested when they were not. I have personally experienced repeated issues, including delivery delays of 2–3 days. Their customer service is extremely frustrating — instead of addressing concerns directly, they rely on generic, copy-paste responses that waste your time and do not solve the problem. Another recurring issue is that they claim the sender or recipient requested delivery time changes whenever something goes wrong on their end. In my case, this was completely untrue and felt like an attempt to cover their failure to deliver on time. To make matters worse, when the order finally arrived, the flowers were nearly dry, as if they had been prepared days earlier for the original delivery date. This is especially disappointing considering their prices are higher than many competitors in the market. Unfortunately, this has not just happened to me. Several family members and friends have experienced similar problems with this service. After receiving a message saying the delivery person is nearby and that the gifts will be delivered shortly, the order status turned to fail! After many calls from Canada to understand what happened they said the recipient asked to change the address, which was a lie. My husband never received a call from them. Then they said the order was never prepared. When I asked the next day to cancel the order and refund they said only 35% of the flowers value will be refunded. Utter disappointment. I’ve been a loyal customer since 2022. Very disappointed ### 1/5 — Heartless service: They ruined my mother’s birthday while I was thousands of miles away *2025-12-19, version 6.60.9* I am absolutely appalled by the lack of professionalism and reliability shown by Floward Amman. Living in a different country with a significant time difference, I relied on Floward to be my bridge to home for my mother’s birthday. Instead, they failed me completely. I placed an order for flowers and a personalized gift card two full days in advance. They took my payment, confirmed the order, and even messaged me saying they had successfully contacted my mother for her address. Everything seemed set. However, because of the time difference, I woke up to a message sent on the day of her birthday claiming the item was "not available" and telling me to cancel and reorder. By the time I saw this message, it was already midday in Amman. They waited until the very last minute to notify me, leaving me with zero time to find an alternative florist before the day was over. When I contacted customer service, they were incredibly cold. Despite explaining that I am abroad and this was a time-sensitive milestone, they offered no solutions or substitutions—just a robotic instruction to "cancel and buy something else." Floward took my money and left my mother without a gift from her child on her birthday. They are a logistics company with no heart and zero accountability. If you are an expat relying on them for a special occasion, do not trust them. ### 1/5 — اسوء تعامل ممكن *2025-12-10, version 6.60.8* اقل ما يقال انهم لا يعترفوا اطلاقا بخطائهم، حتى اذا صورت لهم .. الاحسن عدم التعامل معهم اطلاقا، تخيل ترسل كارت خاطئ مع هدية! تكون لمناسبه مختلفة تماما! ### 1/5 — قلة خبرة و خدمة و سرقة نقودي *2025-11-30, version 6.60.8* واحدة من افشل و أضعف الشركات لخدمة الورود ، دفعت vip طلب لارسالها و اكيد دفع زيادة و مع هذا لم يصل الطلب في نفس اليوم و في اليوم التالي ارسلو لي رسالة في واتساب انو طلب سيرسل خلال خمس ساعات و انتظرت ١٢ ساعة لم يصل لي اي اشعار انو تم الإرسال او اي تفصيل، قمت بمراسلتهم و كان ردهم تم إرجاع طلبية و طلبت إلغاء طلب و إرجاع المبلغ لحسابي البنكي و كان ردهم أنهم يخصمون ٦٥٪؜ من قيمة مبلغ اي إرجاع لحسابي ٣٥٪؜ فقط لحسابي و أنهم سيرجعون المبلغ خلال ٥-٧ ايام عمل، و لم يتم إرجاع مبلغ لي إلى الآن بعد مرور اكثر من عشرين يوما ، كل يوم اقوم بمراسلتهم و اتصال بيهم و كل يوم و اتصال يوعدوني و يعتذرون لي بمختلف الأسباب ، شركة فاشلة و خدمة العملاء ما يعرفون اي شي عن العمل ، اتمنى من كل شخص لا يتم تعامل مع هذه الشركة الفاشلة ، متمني لهم الفشل و حسبي الله ونعم الوكيل عليهم ### 1/5 — They will make you pay even if they are wrong *2025-11-14, version 6.60.5* This app is trash the customer service is one of the worst. I got delivered dead Lillie’s and spilled perfume for my wife’s Eid present. They replaced the perfume after fighting, and refused to do the flowers. I have been a loyal customer for some time but not the first bad experience I have had with them. The quality is sometimes good but mostly poor. I’ve never seen such despicable customer service. I’ve placed an order at 8pm and they informed me that it was going to arrive by 9pm -1 am late at night. However, they never delivered the order. This app is a disgusting cash grab, do not get it, it’s horrible. They kept on transferring me to an ai agent instead of an actual person to talk to, goes to show how much they care about their customers. Absolutely a waste of my time, my money and my patience.
