## What is Flower Garden?

■ 脹脛（ふくらはぎ）を鍛える

踵（かかと）を上げ下げして、脹脛（ふくらはぎ）を鍛える健康アプリです。

脹脛（ふくらはぎ）は第２の心臓とも言われ、足に溜まった血液を押し上げる働きをしています。年齢と共に脹脛（ふくらはぎ）の筋力が衰えると、血流が悪くなり、様々な生活習慣病に繋がりかねません。

このアプリは、踵（かかと）の上げ下げを毎日行うことにより、脹脛（ふくらはぎ）の筋力を鍛え、日々の健康維持に貢献することを目的にしています。

１つのアプリで複数人のアカウントを登録することが可能です。家族や友達、グループで一緒に競い合って鍛えることにより、効果を上げることができます。

■ アプリの説明

１）アカウントの作成・選択
初めにアカウントを作成します。既にアカウントを持っている方は自身のアカウントを選択してください。

２）目標回数の選択
次に目標回数を選択します。体調に合わせて無理のない回数を選択しましょう。

３）顔認証
次に顔認証を行います。踵（かかと）の上げ下げの回数は、スマートフォンのカメラに写る顔の位置で判断しています。個人の特定などは行っておりません。

４）ゲーム説明
次にゲーム説明が始まります。この段階で踵（かかと）の上げ下げを行うと、画面内のキャラクターの動きも同様に変化します。画面の指示に従って進めてください。椅子や壁などに手を置き、不安定にならないように注意しながら行ってください。このゲーム説明はスキップすることができます。

５）ゲーム開始
ゲームが始まると、踵（かかと）の上げ下げによって画面内の花が成長し、どんどん増えていきます。踵（かかと）の上げ下げは「１秒に１回」を目安に行ってください。目標回数まで行うと終了です。

６）結果とランキングの確認
ゲームが終了すると結果画面とランキングが表示されます。ランキングはタイトル画面からいつでも確認することができます。

ランキングで競い合いながら脹脛（ふくらはぎ）を鍛えて、いつまでも健康で楽しい毎日をおくりましょう！
