Received a different one and raised a complaint. They kept me on hold and disconnected thrice. And after that they said they will issue a refund after pickup. I was okay with that too. However, I had used a GC to place the order and they said they would not be able to return that amount. Imagine, a ₹700 worth rupees of cake and getting only ₹185 as refund because that was the amount I paid using my card over and above the GC. They deliver wrong product, they ruin the occasion and it’s the customer who has to suffer because they made a mistake of placing order with them. ### 1/5 — Extremely Disappointing Order Experience and Poor Communication *2026-05-31* Dear FlowerAura Team, I am writing to express my deep disappointment regarding my recent order experience. Find other apps. *2026-05-11* I tried to have something delivered flowers for my mother on mother’s day and placed an order in the first half of the day through their ‘under 60mins delivery’. Cut to 7pm at night, i am trying to call them and their phones are busy. Tried calling 24times, texted them on their whatsapp number, dm’d them on instagram and still no reply. I end up uploading a story and then suddenly they want to care for their customer’s experience. They say it’ll be resolved, i told them to keep me updated but then again no update. The next day around 3:15pm i call them and how they defend themselves is by saying sir we already emailed you, you didn’t update us. I NEVER RECEIVED ANY EMAIL. STOP FOOLING YOUR CUSTOMERS AND OWN UP ON YOUR MISTAKES. I asked them to refund my money, They put me on hold for 10mins and said you’ll get the money back in 3-5 days. You know what! YOU RUINED MOTHER’s day for someone! DON’T USE THIS APP! ### 1/5 — NEVER USE THEIR AERVICES *2025-01-27* These guys are the most pathetic, unprofessional guys. They cant deliver as per time slot. The cake ordered by my spouse was supposed to be cut with my offc staff. I kept waiting for 4 hrs for delivery despite giving my live location to 03 different people. Finally i had to cut a sorry figure in front of my staff and had them go back without any celebrations. Even when the order had not moved out / despatched, despite repeated reminders, they were not ready to cancel the order.. Customer support is pathetic and hardwired. Not ready to accept mistakes.. its Not my fault that they could not manage their own delivery issues… these guys spoilt my day, made me feel uncomfortable in front of my staff … and to top it all no regrets / not even refund.. This is the last that i (& my family) have availed their services.. They spoiled my anniversary cake and the previous cake which I ordered for someone else. And this time also after giving the SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS, they made the same mistake in the same design cake.
