Placed an order and didn’t get a confirmation email, payed for express shipping did not come in the time. Emailed multiple times, used the chat on the app and messaged on What’s app no response.

I ordered some flowers at 8am, I payed around 50 pound for these flowers and extra for delivery same day and was given a time slot, I try check my order and it says it’s not found, I message the company and don’t get a response a few hours later I get a phone call from “the flower company” some lady told me they won’t deliver today but in 3 days which is no use to me as I needed them today which is what I payed for, I couldn’t understand a word she was saying and asked for my order to be cancelled with a full refund and she said “okay bye” not worth wasting your money don’t even know if I will get it back

I ordered flowers for my daughter's graduation and paid an extra £8 for a timed delivery to ensure they arrived for the special occasion. Unfortunately, the flowers were not delivered within the agreed time, which was extremely disappointing.

When I contacted customer service, I was initially told that they do not guarantee specific delivery times. However, after I provided proof that I had paid for the timed delivery service, they apologised and confirmed that I would receive a full refund.

I was told the refund would be processed from 14 July, but I have still not received it. At first, they responded to my messages, but they have since ignored all my attempts to contact them.

This experience has been very frustrating. Not only did they fail to provide the service I paid extra for, but they also failed to honour their promise of a refund and stopped communicating altogether. I would not recommend this company based on my experience, especially if you are relying on them for an important occasion.

I ordered flowers for my mum’s birthday because the website advertised same-day delivery. I paid an additional £7 for a delivery slot between 9 a.m. and 12 p.m., specifically because I knew my mum would be going out that afternoon.

I received no email or text confirmation after ordering, which was immediately concerning. I contacted the company through WhatsApp to confirm my order and delivery time, but their response was very vague.

By 11 a.m., the flowers had still not arrived, so I contacted them again. I was then told they would be delivered by 6 p.m. When I explained that I had paid for a specific morning slot, they claimed that delivery slots were not guaranteed. This had not been made clear anywhere on the website or during the ordering process. Had I known, I would have used another florist.

To make matters worse, their website was still accepting orders for the same postcode with delivery advertised by 3 p.m. I sent them a screenshot and asked how they could fulfil new orders when they could not deliver an existing one on time. I offered a compromise: deliver the flowers by 2 p.m. or cancel the order. At that point, they stopped responding, leaving me with no idea whether the flowers would arrive.

Worried that my mum would receive nothing for her birthday, I placed another order with a local florist and arranged for my sister-in-law to collect it. This left me significantly out of pocket.

At 1:15 p.m., the company finally called to say they could not deliver the flowers at all that day. I cancelled the order and requested a refund. They did not seem particularly apologetic, despite failing to provide the service they had advertised and accepted payment for.

I am incredibly relieved that I made alternative arrangements; otherwise, my mum would have received nothing on her birthday. Afterward, I checked Trustpilot and discovered that other customers had experienced similar problems.

I feel completely let down by this company’s misleading delivery information, poor communication and lack of customer care. I will never use them again and would strongly recommend ordering from a reliable local florist instead.
