Thank you for addressing the issues I underlined in my original review. The app is now working fantastically, except for a stubborn badge alert I can’t get rid of. But no big deal. Definitely 5 stars now.

The problem with a lot of focus timers, including this one, is that they stop when the iPhone goes to sleep—to save battery, I don’t think it’s a good idea to keep your phone awake for long periods of time. Another problem is they don’t provide sound alerts for when timers finish. If you don’t get sound alerts, how can you focus on what you are doing when you keep looking at the timer to see if it has already finished? Please fix these two issues, and you will have an awesome app.

**Developer response:** Thanks northandsouth! With version 1.01 coming out later this week, both of your points have been addressed. The timer will now run in the background and there will be a sound effect once a focus session finishes. In addition, we have added live activities so it is easier to check up on the remaining time.
