Seamless and it works. I make an appointment on the app. I don’t have to call and ask for service and give all my details and waste 15 min of my life. It takes seconds! Then I get a text verification usually within 24 hours to complete the appointment and I show up. Then when the car is ready I get a notification on the app. Seriously might be the only app on my phone that works the way an app should. They truly know how to put the customer at high value. From the moment I stepped into the dealership, I felt cared for. Ray was highly knowledgeable and patient as he took his time explaining all the details to me! When I log into the app, none of the info is there. None of the maintenance (Jeep been there for 4 visits), nothing. Received a text saying I have 1353 points to claim, can’t claim them. The app simply does not work at all. I have tried logging in with Google, deleting the app and reinstalling, creating a new account, and all you get is a “Whoops! We encountered an error” message whenever you even attempt to log in or access anything. It doesn’t work and the app is not functional. Very disappointing. ### 1/5 — Whoops!
