Nadine and Ani began an amazing podcast that inspired us to surrender to the Flow. The Flow then brought us to this amazing app that challenges us to align to our best selves along with the best people. All access to workouts that will make you feel rewarding and yummy recipes. This app also is helping me begin my yoga journey as a baby yogi, which was intimidating at first but Nadine and Ani provide alternative options. Definitely download and join the flow and connect with kind and beautiful people ✨ 🦋

The flowi app is amazing for so many different reasons! The main one’s being how it literally has EVERYTHING we need for self improvement, from recipes, workouts, meditation, journal prompts, monthly goals and challenges, and my favorite part about the app is the community feed! This app connects you with so many like minded souls and I literally come to this app more than I use Tik Tok or Instagram!! This app is definitely helping me spiritually, mentally, physically and so much more!
