刚开始小红书可以直接联系客服，再后来小红书客服不回消息，背单词没有复习模式，每天背的都是重复的，而且设置的每天背300个，不知道什么垃圾bug背200多个就不让我背了，你更新有个鸡毛用啊？小红书问了你几天在吗在吗就是不回复。用了2天我就充了一年，就背个单词都这么多bug。
