## What is FlowLog?

FlowLog is intentional time tracking for people who care about where their attention goes.

Instead of turning your life into a task list, FlowLog helps you keep track of the longer directions you return to. Organize your work as Projects, Practices, and Explorations, record the time you actually give them, and reflect before deciding what comes next.

WHAT YOU CAN DO

• Create Threads for long-term projects, recurring practices, and open-ended explorations
• Start, pause, resume, and finish focused Sessions
• Add past Sessions when you forgot to start the timer
• Choose up to three weekly focus Threads and set a light intention for each
• Review your time across the week and month
• Complete a short weekly review and carry your decisions forward
• Add optional evidence or notes to remember what moved forward
• Export your data whenever you want

LOCAL FIRST, PRIVATE BY DESIGN

FlowLog works fully on your device, including offline. iCloud sync is optional and uses your private iCloud database so your data can stay up to date across your Apple devices. There is no shared FlowLog account and no advertising.

QUIET BY DEFAULT

FlowLog avoids streaks, rankings, productivity scores, and guilt-driven reminders. Notifications are optional and support intentions you have already chosen.

Time is context, not a score. See what happened, reflect on it, and choose what deserves your time next.
