Yoga is easier to return to when you do not have to decide where to begin. Flowly gives you one guided practice matched to your goal and experience, ready whenever you open the app.

PRIVATE AND OFFLINE
Flowly works without an account or internet connection. Practice history, custom flows, preferences, and reminders stay on your device. There are no ads, analytics, subscriptions, or remote backend services in this version. You can export a portable JSON copy of your data whenever you choose.

Flowly provides general yoga and wellness guidance, not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Practice within your own limits and stop any movement that causes pain or discomfort.
