## What is Flowmynd?

Flowmynd is the focus app built for ADHD brains. Energy-first task suggestions, body-doubling timers, and AI task breakdown that meets you where you are — never where you "should" be.

Built around the core ADHD insight: matching work to your current energy beats forcing yourself through it. Pick Low / Medium / Hyperfocus, and Flowmynd suggests a task that fits — no shame, no streaks that punish you for being human.

WHAT FLOWMYND DOES

• Energy Check-In — Pick how you feel right now. Get a contextual task suggestion that matches your wiring today.

• AI Task Decomposition — Drop in something that feels too big. Flowmynd's AI breaks it into 5–15 minute micro-steps with a short motivational hook on each.

• Body Doubling Mode — Set a timer, pick an ambient sound (Café, Rain, Brown Noise, Lo-fi), and work alongside Flowmynd's gentle "someone else is working too" presence cue.

• Hyperfocus Navigator — Gentle 90-minute interrupt to remind you to drink water, stretch, take a real break. Hyperfocus is real, but so is your body.

• No-Shame Streak System — Tracks "days shown up out of last 21," not a breakable streak. Missing a day triggers a compassionate AI check-in: "That's data, not failure."

• Weekly Pattern Reports — Plain-language AI summary of your best focus windows and what worked — no charts to interpret.
