FlowPods turns compatible AirPods and Beats headphones into an automatic focus tracker for your device. It detects focus and rest patterns without timers, sessions, or manual input.

Open FlowPods, keep it visible while you work, and it estimates when you’re deeply focused, lightly active, or taking a break.

For immediate feedback, FlowPods integrates with Live Activities and the Dynamic Island. While FlowPods stays active on screen, you can glance at your focus state and time without interrupting your session.

The app also shows a day timeline with calendar context, so you can review focus sessions through daily and weekly reports.
