FlowQix JobLedger keeps project managers connected to the office without leaving the field. WHY JOBLEDGER If you run jobs from a truck, you know the drill. The office wants weekly status updates. You're between three sites and a hardware store. Sending a long email at 9pm is the worst part of your day. JobLedger turns that into two taps. Open the app, pick the job you visited, slide the percent complete. Done in 15 seconds, the office sees it instantly. BUILT FOR FIELD WORK • Your job list, not everyone else's. Sign in once and see only the jobs you supervise - no scrolling through other teams' work. • Slide-to-update progress. Big slider, snaps to 5% increments. No keyboard required to log a status. • Add notes when you want to. Free-text field for the things that don't fit a number - material delays, weather calls, callbacks. • Recent updates history per job. See your last few entries and what you wrote -useful when you're explaining a job's trajectory. GPS THAT PROVES YOU WERE THERE When you submit an update, JobLedger captures your location. The office sees an on-site indicator on each update, so weekly site visits are verifiable without anyone calling to check. The app captures GPS only when you tap Submit - never in the background. PRIVACY JobLedger only requests location while the app is in use, and only at the moment you submit an update. We never collect location in the background. Your email and the notes you write are encrypted in transit and stored in our private database, accessible only to your company.
