### 4/5 — Good basic ai scheduler app

*2026-04-28, version 3.11*

This app is really good for AI scheduling and task management and it's really basic and it's not expensive, it's like $8 a month and it's really good. I feel like it could be better in Reclaim and cheaper than Accuflow, Clockwise, and Motion. It doesn't have hourly habits and reminders but overall it's good enough

### 4/5 — Decent

*2026-04-08, version 3.11*

Something like this as needed to exist for a very long time. Hard to see where the actual “AI” is in this app though. It’s more of an automated scheduling algorithm based on user inputs. There are some frequently used features like editing scheduling hours that are buried deep within the settings instead of being easily accessible.

### 4/5 — Great, but needs some updates

*2026-03-16, version 3.10*

I love using this app for timeblocking. The free version is perfectly adequate, and the premium is nice if you really need it (though I personally do not). There is one main problem I have with the mobile version on iPad and iPhone: widgets! The widgets are very low quality and poorly designed. Furthermore, they refresh very inconsistently, which I find quite annoying. If they were to make the widgets and background app refresh/sync better, FlowSavvy would truly be the best timeblocking app on the App Store.

### 5/5 — Best scheduling app for ADHD!!

*2025-11-25*

I am another adult ADHD’er who feels that this is a truly amazing and sanity saving app! I was using FlowSavvy along with other scheduling apps to find which one truly works for my life and FlowSavvy works better than perfect for me. The auto rescheduling feature is the shining crown. I consistently get tasks done and don’t miss events even though I “chased a squirrel” along the way and wandered off my “need to do” path. I can’t thank the developers enough for making such an amazing app! The subscription price (to me) was well worth the time and money I saved in productivity.

**Developer response:** Thanks so much for this review! I'm so glad to hear that you've been enjoying the app and that it's been helping you. We'll keep making it even better!

### 5/5 — Perfect for daily scheduling

*2025-11-14, version 3.6*

This app is just the best! I use it all the time to schedule out my days; it makes time management so much easier. I love the duplication feature and that it can pull from Google Calendar. I'd love it if it could also share my schedule.

### 5/5 — Love with some Suggestions PLS

*2025-10-31, version 3.5*

I absolutely LOVE it!! It’s been wonderful in helping me get my life together. I only wish that there were a function where I could share it with a loved one that could also view / edit. Also wish there were a function that I could see a months view at a time…see the whole month and what I have planned in it as an option.

### 5/5 — Pretty good for a free app

*2025-10-31, version 3.5*

Might pay for Pro 🔥🔥🔥

### 5/5 — Godsend

*2025-10-14, version 3.4*

Just what my ADHD brain needed

### 5/5 — Best on the market

*2025-09-22, version 3.4*

Works perfectly for my ADHD brain

### 5/5 — Best app I’ve tried

*2025-09-20, version 3.3*

Honestly this app has helped me so much! It’s so easy to use, has so many useful features, and has genuinely improved how I tackle my days so much. I struggle a lot with getting overwhelmed because of chronic illnesses and mental health struggles, but this makes my tasks feel so much less overwhelming and daunting. I’ve managed to get my flat completely cleaned and it’s helping me plan my days. I could not recommend this app enough! Ive not yet got the paid premium version, but am looking forward to pay day when I can get it - the free version is incredible in every way and has helped so much so I can’t wait to see how much the paid version makes my life easier! I can’t thank the developers of this app enough, they have done an AMAZING job.

### 5/5 — Truly the best

*2025-09-13, version 3.3*

I tested several different scheduling apps, and none comes close to the capabilities of FlowSavvy. As someone who has a lot of diverse responsibilities, I trust FlowSavvy to always give me the best possible use of my time to achieve as much as possible, in a way that is highly customizable. I highly recommend it.

### 5/5 — Excellent Service and Response Time!

*2025-08-16, version 3.2*

The app is wonderful. It is less confusing for me to use this app as opposed to GC. It breaks my day down in an easy to read format. I am very pleased!

### 4/5 — I really like it but..

*2025-08-14, version 3.2*

I really like it but I wish it had an option to remind you of events or tasks before they are supposed to start! Sometimes I forget etc. (hence the use of this app) and I’d like to get a brief reminder of when a task is supposed to start rather than use different calendar apps to get that effect.

### 5/5 — A real challenger to ‘Motion’’s throne

*2025-08-14, version 3.2*

This product does almost everything Motion AI does with a product team that understand how to keep things simple - but not so simple it becomes inflexible.
On top of that, they listen to users - and good feature requests do get implemented.

I’ve tried reclaim.ai, Trevor, morgen, skedpal, and none are as good. Including Motion, which I have switched from, as :

A) Flowsavvys scheduling is now 95% as good.
B) you lose the time you save with the motion autosheduler - as you need a PHD in Motion to set up a task in any logical way.
C) you can get a return flight to Greece for less money than their annual subscription

Throw Motion AI in the trash - and give this a go. You won’t regret it.

### 5/5 — User Friendly Lifesaver!

*2025-08-07, version 3.1*

This is easy to use, clearly laid out app is fantastic for helping me make the most of my time so nothing falls through the cracks. It syncs nicely with Google Calendar and makes my life sooo much easier. I highly recommend it!

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Syncing issues

*2026-08-10*

I love this app, but recently it will still keep tasks on google calendar even though it's completed on the app.

**Developer response:** Hi! This is likely a bug that we fixed recently. If the issue is still happening after disconnecting and reconnecting your Google Calendar, please reach out to support@flowsavvy.app and we'll help get it working properly. Thanks!

### 1/5 — Rigid calendar function

*2024-08-19, version 2.32*

I need the ability to import my google calendar and have flowsavvy not to change and muck about with it. Example: a shift calendar for shift workers my shifts will never be changed and I can’t afford the app to move them about by accident

### 1/5 — Very Shady

*2024-02-18, version 2.15*

I was given a 7 day free trial before I was to make the purchase. I was not not satisfied three days into the service. I looked for an option to cancel the subscription. The only spot I could find was an option to cancel my account. So I did. I was still charged the $63.59 from my bank. Careful when downloading this app.

### 2/5 — Still not working without stable connection

*2026-05-18*

Great algorithm and UI but still it does not work without stable connection. Not even view the schedule or adding tasks to the inbox.

**Developer response:** Hi, thanks for your review! I understand this was a big change and I apologize for the frustration it has caused. Rest assured that we made this change based on huge amounts of feedback (far more people asked for this than offline mode) and data that proves it is an improvement. This is also not FlowSavvy’s final form! We have many more updates planned and will continue to make the app even better. Thanks!

### 2/5 — Not worth it

*2025-11-16, version 3.6*

I was not able to drop in the multiple things I needed to do and it create a schedule. I had to manually enter everything. Then there are no alerts. Using outlook or google calendar is better than this. When I tried to sinc it to my calendar, yes everything appeared in this app but nothing was entered into the calendar.

### 2/5 — Offline keine Funktion

*2025-05-05*

**Developer response:** Hi there, thanks so much for your feedback!

We read and respond to every single review and we take user feedback very seriously. However, that does not mean that we can implement everything that everyone asks for. We track every single feature request, and we implement the most popular ones. The reality is that offline functionality is nowhere near the top of that list, so it hasn't been the priority yet, but we will do it once it becomes the most frequently requested feature. Rest assured that we are always working on the thing that will have the biggest impact for FlowSavvy’s users at any given time, and we have counted your vote for offline functionality.

Regarding the price, the monthly plan should be €8 right now in Germany. We recently concluded a price experiment that included some higher prices, so some users that signed up within the last few months may still be seeing slightly higher prices in the app, but that should be resolved within a few weeks.

Thank you for your feedback! You can always reach us at support@flowsavvy.app if you have any other questions or feedback!

### 2/5 — Needs some improvements

*2024-09-04, version 2.34*

I typically only use this platform during certain seasons when I really need to manage tasks and efficiency, so it would be really helpful if old repeating tasks could have a delete all past due options. Other quirks I’ve found could use improvement but I’ll have to provide details later because I haven’t used it in a while and will need a refresher before I can specify.

### 2/5 — Only Syncs with Google

*2023-02-19, version 1.9*

Love the idea and can imagine that it would be very useful, but my work calendar is Microsoft. Without syncing with Microsoft or iCal, the app is unusable for me—and likely most other business professionals.

Devs- do you plan to add iCal and/or MS sync?

**Developer response:** Hi ElJefeTX, thanks for your feedback, and we're glad to hear that you see the value of our app!

We now support 2-way syncing with Microsoft and iCloud calendars! Thanks for your patience!

Were the missing integrations the only features that made it a 2-star rating? If there's anything else, we'd love to hear about it here or at support@flowsavvy.app. Thanks!

### 3/5 — strange

*2025-11-16*

I don’t why I can’t open it in my iPhone

**Developer response:** Hi there!

Sorry to hear the app is giving you issues! Please reach out to support@flowsavvy.app so we can learn more about what you're seeing and resolve the issue.

Thanks!

### 3/5 — Missing CalDAV integration

*2025-09-05*

I want to use this tool to manage many different calendars so I can align events/tasks with them all at once. If I can‘t include calendars like nextcloud for example, this app is not very useful.
I know there are workarounds for most calendars such as SOGo -> outlook -> flowsavvy.
I can‘t get nextcloud to work though for example.

**Developer response:** Hi, thanks for your feedback! For now, we sync with Google, iCloud, and Outlook, so if you're able to add your calendar to one of them, you'll be able to pull it into FlowSavvy as well. I've also added your vote for a direct CalDAV integration in our feature request tracker. Thanks again!

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Very Effective- Easy To Use

*2026-06-18*

This software strikes the right balance for AI Sscheduling: Very Effective- Easy To Use. It’s not overly complex. It just gets the job done with minimal fuss.

### 5/5 — Awesome app!

*2026-05-21*

I have been using this app for only a few days now, and I think it’s wonderful! I do have one suggestion: I know that when you mark a task as “splittable” you can give it a min duration. I like that. Could you add an option for max duration? Because for some longer tasks it automatically schedules it for longer sessions than I want.
Overall, I think this app is awesome! Thank you!

### 5/5 — Reddit for the win!

*2026-05-21*

I found FlowSavvy as a suggestion on Reddit. I was a former user of another AI scheduler and loved it, but it shifted focus to large teams and businesses (and a huge price shift followed). As a single-person business owner who runs multiple projects, I didn’t need teamwork features, I just wanted auto-scheduling and organizing tasks by deadline and urgency. FlowSavvy is my new go-to. It’s clean and easy to use and functions EXACTLY how I wanted it to!

Thank you so much for creating such a valuable organizational tool - my ADHD brain thanks you too! And thank you for keeping it so reasonably priced. You’ve got a fan for life here.

### 5/5 — Time-saving

*2026-04-25*

This app is real good for time blocking and the plan is quite reasonable. It works so well. Highly recommended.

**Developer response:** Thanks so much for your recommendation! We're so glad to hear you're enjoying the app!

### 5/5 — Finally — A Truly Superior Organizer

*2026-02-27, version 3.10*

This is, hands down, the best task and event organizer I’ve ever experienced. The developer has thought of everything and the coding is flawless. There is so much I like about it that there is almost too much to recap. FlowSavvy has made has made my other organizers obsolete

### 5/5 — Best There Is!

*2026-02-25, version 3.10*

I have tried numerous AI scheduling assistants. I won't mention their names here for fairness but for each one of them I subscribed to the pro plans in order to see what they were all about without limitations.

Almost all of them are specifically marketed towards businesses and teams, which leaves individuals who either manage their own work and personal calendars or just want one for their own personal lives suffering without a good product.

Until now. Flow savvy is everything I wanted it to be and nothing more. There's no bloat; it’s performant and there are regular updates. The developers care about their product and are super responsive as well.

If you're even thinking about trying an AI schedule planner, give Flow Favvy a try and you won't be sorry.

Oh, and they sync with iCloud calendars!!! Most do not!!

### 5/5 — Amazing

*2026-02-13*

I’ve been looking for an app like this for years. I have tried just about all of them and most others are both more expensive and don’t work as well for me. This one actually works, and I love how easy it is to reschedule missed tasks.

The only thing missing for me is natural-language brain dumping to auto-create tasks—entering them one by one can be tedious.

As a side note, it would be incredible if the app could include screen-time blocking during scheduled tasks. I haven’t found a calendar app that does this well, and it would make a huge difference for task initiation and staying on track

**Developer response:** Hi there, thanks so much for your review and your feedback! We're thrilled to hear that you've found what you've been looking for and that you’re enjoying FlowSavvy. We’re always working on improving the app, so we really appreciate your feedback!

### 5/5 — Exactly What You Need

*2026-01-20, version 3.8*

The problem with other tools such as Motion is that they’re just way too complex and require a large learning curve for the average user to enjoy the benefits of the product, not to mention incredibly expensive.

FlowSavvy gives you all the tools you genuinely need to be productive. If you genuinely prioritise everything you need to prioritise and press recalculate, and actually do what FlowSavvy tells you to do, you will become successful in whatever you do without a doubt.

Also, the creators of FlowSavvy listen to you! They took a call with me, and a friend of mine, to discuss how the product could be improved, and since then, it’s improved greatly!

Definitely worth the investment in my opinion- and I’m not being paid to say this (though I’d love a free year or two if you’re watching!)

### 5/5 — The One!

*2026-01-18, version 3.8*

I went out to find an AI task manager. I tested them all. Motion, Reclaim, SkedPal, Akiflow, and others. This is the clear winner for me. I can enter my tasks, assign a priority, and let it auto schedule and auto reschedule everything for me. No more manually rescheduling my tasks!

### 5/5 — Amazing App

*2026-01-04, version 3.7*

flowSavy helps turn a stressful, overwhelming to-do list into a clear plan. I love how it helps me break things down and prioritize so l'm not constantly juggling everything in my head. As a busy working parent of two, this has made my days smoother and way more manageable.
