The phone capture feature is game-changing. Open the app, hit record and it will automatically film your waves. At the end of the session you get edited and cropped clips of every one of your waves. Pretty sick!

Just to be clear: for anyone surfing Wave Pools that advertise the Flowstate app— the subscription does NOT include your surf session clips.  
Flowstate will charge you ~$30 more PER session for the videos.  Every session. 

Not sure why you’d subscribe without those videos included. 

(Note to Flowstate: basically everyone in the water says about this app. 👎)

To be transparent: Flowstate partner pools are independent venues, and each has its own unique per-session pricing for high-definition video clips. The fee for those specific wave pool clips goes toward maintaining the automated AI camera systems installed at those locations.

Flowstate Pro is a separate subscription designed for surfers who want to take their progression further, whether they are at a wave pool or their local beach. While it doesn't cover the pool’s individual clip fees, it unlocks a massive suite of performance tools, including:

- Mobile Capture: The ability to use the app to film and analyze your sessions anywhere, not just at partner pools.
