This app’s aesthetic and functionality serves its purpose of evoking peace. I love how it allows me to drop in, bringing awareness to how I’m feeling and allows me to explore what I want to feel. The visuals are gorgeous, it really feels like it’s on my side, has my best interest in mind. It’s made by friends who have the biggest hearts, perfectly translated into this app!!!!

As a former autism therapist, years of working with neurodivergent Individuals, and studying behaviors I can tell you this app can be life changing for anyone. This app is a designed space to help someone feel what they are feeling in a safe space. This app caters to individual needs by following one’s health and needs. The app has visuals and interaction features, options to read or listen to instruction, and different sounds to help with focus, resetting the body, and ways to help you fall asleep. 

This app could be used in classrooms in schools as a tool for students to have a safe space, learn to regulate their emotions, journal, or to regulate their nervous system. 

As a dance coach I personally can use this app as a cool down and warm up exercise to bring dancers back to be grounded, to clear their minds, and calm the body if over stimulated. 

This app is for any Individual and can benefit your health.
