## What is FlowUP F Chat?

F Chat brings secure work conversations, team tasks, and colleague contacts together in one place. Stay connected with your team, discuss projects, and keep important work at hand.

CHAT WITH YOUR TEAM
Use direct and group chats to discuss work and agree on the next step. Reply to a specific message, mention colleagues with @, and add reactions.

SHARE WORK MATERIALS
Send photos and documents directly in a conversation. Find messages through search and return to shared files when you need them.

KEEP TASKS MOVING
Create tasks, assign colleagues, and set due dates. See open work, group tasks by color, and mark completed items wherever you work.

FIND COLLEAGUES
Search employees by name, username, or job title. Open a colleague profile and start a direct conversation.

STAY IN CONTROL
Sign in with your organization’s FlowUP account and confirm access by SMS when your organization’s policy requires it. Configure notifications for each conversation and organize chats into folders.

F Chat requires your organization’s FlowUP server address and an authorized account. Your administrator provides access. Available features depend on your organization’s FlowUP server configuration and version.
