The latest version always has fake connections, the app shows a connection but is actually disconnected, sometimes the connection keeps connecting, cannot be closed through the app, cannot be closed in settings, and only disconnects when choosing another VPN. Also, pop-up errors keep appearing.

bought an account a while ago and took the yearly subscription. it stopped working after around a month but we needed the vpn as we were traveling in china. bought another yearly subscription, right now it barely works and is extremely slow.
anyone who wants to pay for a vpn, DO NOT BUY THIS ONE!! slow, no customer service, barely works, and is a complete scam.

1년치 결제해서 패드 사용하다가 휴대폰으로도 로그인했는데 계속 결제해서 날짜 갱신하라고 떴습니다. 답답해서 앱 삭제 후 7일 체험판으로 잠깐이라도 사용하려고 했더니 대뜸 한달치 결제가 되버리네요? 그러더니만 만기일도 한 달 후로 전부 바꼈습니다. 패드로도 27년이 만기일이었는데 패드도 한 달 뒤 만기로 바꼈습니다. 도댜체 앱을 어떻게 만들었길래 이 모양이죠? 한달치 결제한거 환불하고 1년 뒤 날짜 되돌려놓으세요. 사용하려니 진짜 어이가 없네요. 한달짜리는 구독 바로 취소했으니까 환불해주세요
