Заказала первый раз, была недовольна. Ну думаю ладно мало ли случайность. Сделала второй заказ - то же самое. У приложения напрочь отсутствует сервис между магазином и клиентом, хотя это суть посредничества. Магазин принимает заказа и везет 10 часов букет, курьеры тупо не могут найти адрес, отсутствует коммуникация. Служба сервиса просто дно!!! Не рекомендую это приложение. Лучше найти на картах магазин и напрямую заказать. Реально будет быстрее

Большой выбор цветов, тортов, клубники в шоколаде, но совершенно наплевательское отношение к клиентам. В праздники сервера стабильно ложатся и гарантированно цветы вам просто не доставят.  извинений за это никаких не приносят. Курьеры вечно опаздывают. Цены на цветы, естественно завышены и фотографии не соответствуют действительности.
