À notre époque où les données personnelles sont devenues une monnaie d’échange commune avec le piratage en-veux-tu-en-voilà, Floya décide de demander de scanner sa carte d’identité pour pouvoir prendre un pass nous permettant d’éviter de payer les tarifs très élevés de l’utilisation d’un vélo. Nous prendrons les transports en commun.

La carte d’identité est nécessaire afin de vérifier votre âge. L’accès aux vélos et trottinettes électriques est soumis à un âge minimum, conformément aux conditions d’utilisation de nos partenaires.

### 1/5 — Fails to add my Card

Paid the verying 0,02€ twice to verify my card to save it as a payment option. The payment was deducted but then FLoYA got hung up and showed me the „spinny working wheel“ for 15min without goung to the next page. So, still no tickets and money and time wasted

No possibility to buy STIB digital tickets.

### 3/5 — Almost a good app

Nice integration with multiple services to know how to get around, however, the service is somewhat useless as it doesn’t allow you to log into your accounts to access your history/payments. It allows you to buy some tix via the app, but for an app that’s developed by STIB, you can’t even do anything with your current cards or SNCB. Get those api integrations and it will be an excellent app. Also, it gives you time tables, but doesn’t update if anything is delayed, as it usually is in Brussels. Please have live time tables. And future integration for a cardless STIB (digital Mobib card) would be phenomenal.
