The Floyd website booking does NOT ask for the same information! Also, app will not let you add appointment to your calendar without getting permission to *read* all of your other calendar appointments! I have confidential work meetings so I cannot use this app. Finally, the app is basically a copy of the website booking except for the above. So why would I even want to use it in the first place? Lazy programmers. ### 1/5 — Can’t log in anymore *2024-04-30, version 16.6.1* The app has become useless since the update. It won’t let me log into my account and therefore I can’t make appointments anymore. ### 1/5 — Not very functional. *2021-02-24, version 16.1.1* I don’t understand why this is a new app and not an update. The form phrasing for a booking is weird and I ended up entering something wrong. No stylist pictures so I have no idea who my appointment is booked with - it wouldn’t even let me choose. Messages won’t process and I can’t edit or delete my booking so I’ll just have to let them know what’s wrong with it when I get there. ### 2/5 — Annunciation *2025-09-16, version 16.6.5* That means goodbye. ### 2/5 — Doesn’t work anymore *2024-10-15, version 16.6.2* This app used to be great, it would send a booking to your calendar, and even though it still gives you that option, it does not send them anymore. Also it does not show your upcoming appointments, as it used too in your account area. It user friendly anymore. Disappointed ### 2/5 — App is not good *2022-05-31, version 16.4.0* This app is about the same quality as the last app. Idk who is designing this app or writing requirements for this but this looks like something a high school student wrote during his fall break. Edit: reinstalled and app crashes when I press “book appointment” ### 2/5 — Uninstalling *2021-12-07, version 16.1.9* This app is hard to use and difficult to find specific stores with the finder tool. Additionally you now require me to put my credit card in for a cancellation? No thanks I’ll just call in my reservation. ### 2/5 — Should not be necessary- forced down my throat. *2021-07-10, version 16.1.8* Usually, Floyd’s could get me in with just a walk in appointment. Now they do jot accept walk ins. Calling to make an appointment is made to be a sever hassle and you are forced to book through the app. This whole transition has made my last two visits to my once favorite barber shop frustrating and I will no longer be getting my hair cut at Floyd’s. ### 3/5 — Doesn’t show history *2026-05-06* This app has been pretty good, but recently I noticed the past bookings, which shows the proper number of bookings at the top, says “no past bookings” in the main window. This means I can’t see which person cut my hair in the past. Also, I wish I could start my booking by selecting a time or time range, and then see which hair stylists are available. I’m usually just looking for the best stylist available when I have a window to go get a cut. Booking a stylist, then going through several steps to find out they’re not available, backing all the way out and starting with another stylist is tedious. ### 3/5 — Glitch *2021-11-09, version 16.1.9* The app has not worked right for quite some time now. It will not let me book for my family members anymore thru the app. When I try to book for a new family member, it tells me I all ready have someone named that and won’t let me proceed.
