### 1/5 — Unable to read textbook.

*2025-09-15*

Can’t read the textbook on iPhone and keep getting a “this book requires an update”. Even after syncing, deleting, redownloading, it doesn’t work.

### 1/5 — its rough

*2025-01-21*

Very unhappy with my experience using the app…the website works fine but the app is terrible…I cannot access or see my book when using my ipad Air. Just bad, you’re better off using the website.

### 1/5 — Terrible app, can’t access content

*2024-12-14*

This is one of the worst apps I’ve ever used. My content doesn’t load and the interface is not intuitive. To the team managing this: please create a better experience for students.

### 1/5 — Doesn’t work , keeps asking to Sync ?

*2024-09-25*

Every time I try opening my book it tells me to click on the Sync button on top when there is no sync button. Unless it means to click on the refresh button with the 2 arrows in a circle but that doesn’t fix it either

### 1/5 — trash

*2024-09-13*

i would give it 0 stars if i could

### 1/5 — Almost Unusable

*2024-07-12*

I pity the students who are forced to use this app. You can barely exit the app to look up a word in a dictionary before it exits out of the text and loses your place 🙄🙄🙄

### 1/5 — Can't download my book so the app is useless

*2024-05-25*

Trying to download my book and it claims I don't have enough storage. Unless the "Integrated Chinese Volume 1 Textbook" is somehow over 50GB, the app is bugged. It does let me download the workbook. Reinstalling did not fix this issue

### 1/5 — Multiple Terrible Glitches

*2023-09-29*

Playing audio hides the text, so you cannot answer questions while listening to audio. Cannot easily switch from listening to audio to scrolling through the book. Book needs content downloaded everyday (which I haven't seen anything new be added) and takes at least 20 minutes to download. Recently got an error code that doesn't allow me to open the book. $130 for a subscription and it doesn't even work well!

Shame on the developers for refusing to help and lying to my class. Many of us have emailed them with concerns and we had been told the issues are fixed, but nothing has ever changed! A shameful company. I wish I could give it 0 stars and tell everyone not to waste their money on this.

### 2/5 — Audio obscures text

*2023-09-04*

It would sure be nice to be able to read what the audio is demonstrating while listening. However, whenever you play an audio clip it covers the page with a giant playback control that hides all the text.

Also the audio is super annoying how it spends 15 seconds introducing which lesson number and section it is for before starting the 5 second clip. I suspect those were there with the intent of identifying where to place the files and then edit out all he marked info, but nope… you get to listen to “chapter one, section 3, exercise 2, part a, title of the exercise…”. Every. Single. Time. Aaarrggghhhhh!

### 2/5 — Booked needed to be re-downloaded

*2023-08-31*

I can’t open the books easily. It makes you re-download the book every time you launch the app. I’ve had to re-download my textbook at least 10 times the past two weeks.
Please keep the downloads cached, impossible to use without Wi-Fi
