App not working good after recent update.

I am not able get back my learn history after a recent app update. Unfortunately after level 3, the contents remain same, even I change the topics. I am not able use anything in this app for past 3 weeks. No response from the app coordinator for my message. Looks like the app has bug, showing subscription days even after log out. It also show this app not available in my region for some reasons, but it took subscription charges 2 months back. Please address this immediately.
