They keep charging me. Not sure if I need to contact a lawyer. ### 1/5 — Horrible Service *2026-03-23, version 5.11.2* I would give ZERO STARS if it was an option! Do not get it (there is no way this would get a 4 star review, read the review comments & ratings). We’ve had Fluent (driveway camera, fire/smoke/heat detector, carbon monoxide detector, flood detector) for about 7 years. Initially our service was good but since it’s changed over to A.P.I it’s terrible. We are now 18 days with zero follow up from them. Our fire/smoke detector quit working for who knows how long, so no call from them that there was an issue. I discovered it on March 5, that was 18 days ago. So at least 6 phone calls, 3 service requests from them sent to follow up with the service department with the assurance someone would call in a day or two to set up a service visit-no one has called. 4 unanswered emails. We have had zero contact from them. There are several way better options. The equipment fails to work half the time. It is impossible to get a technician to come out. They make it extremely difficult to cancel your subscription.
