They have excellent customer service and technical support. Then I don’t know how I got another yearly overlapping subscription from May 2025 to May 2026. Recently, I noticed I was charged $59.99 for the renewal, even though I haven't been using it. I immediately reached out by email to request a refund, but I haven't heard back. I also contacted Paddle, and they told me they couldn’t process the refund but assured me your team would get back to me. That was in early April, and I’ve been waiting patiently, but I still haven't received any response. I’d really appreciate it if you could process my refund.
