Par contre le manque de connectivité vers les applications externes (Apple santé, Strava etc.) est vraiment préjudiciable. Thank you very much. ### 1/5 — Does not connect *2023-07-03* This app made me think my Fluid Rower was broken. It just doesn’t connect to my iPhone 13 Pro with up to date IOS. The help button in the app produces a 404 error, and the report an issue button just directs you to the general landing page. When I downloaded and opened Asensei I realized the machine is fine and connects automatically, it’s the manufacturer’s apps that are not working. I may be returning the rower, since I bought it with app support in mind. I don’t appreciate this display of unprofessionalism and lack of support. ### 2/5 — Connected, but no data on this play *2023-04-24* I was able to connect your beautiful and simple app to my water rower from the company Joroto by Bluetooth / FTMS easily. But there is no data displayed in your App. I know it’s not your machine, but I would pay for it (no subscription ;) if the connection would be working. Maybe you can cooperate with them? Had no problems connecting to my rower. I wanted to do a workout by distance. Set 2000 meters and did my workout. Once I was done I had a look in the log. The distance recorded was 1994 meters, the distance set showed as 1000, and with a time that matched to what exactly I’m not sure. It might have been my 2000 meter time, but I was not really focusing on my phone at the finish line … I guess I’ll see how it goes next time. ### 1/5 — Keine Bluetooth Verbindung *2022-07-17* Ich habe einen neuen Apollo Pro V aufgebaut und wollte mein iPhone über die Fluid Connect App mit dem Bluetooth Computer verbinden, leider vergeblich. Es sind nirgends brauchbare FAQs für dieses Problem zu finden. Ich bin weder in der Lage einzuschätzen, ob es sich um einen Werksfehler (Garantie) oder Softwarefehler der App handelt. Graphics don’t have a scale Calculation of average times is incorrect. Eg 60 min for 15 km would result in 2 min per 500. app shows like 1:58 or so. Dashboard is not customisable. Only current average is shown. Not complete average. Proposal. Get a good UI/UX designer. Spend a few euro.
