I know this is a very selfish request, but you said that most of the AI features you can have unless you have the new AI chips. Opening up this application to MacBook Pro would further allow other users to have more AI features also curious if you will add more features for people who have pre ai chips like older iPhones 13 and below. **Developer response:** Thanks for the feedback! Good news: FluidCast is already on the Mac App Store, so you can grab it on your M2 Mac right now. The AI features rely on on-device inference, which is why they’re limited to newer chips. But new features that don’t rely on Apple Intelligence will come to all devices, including iPhone 13 and older. ### 1/5 — Hasn’t removed ads *2026-06-20* I paid for lifetime to remove the ads and so far every single episode of DOAC has an ad right at the begining. Pre-roll ads that appear right at the start of an episode, are an acknowledged technical limitation of the ad skipping approach; it requires a moment to process audio before it can act, and this is something we've optimised as far as currently possible, by pre-processing the first 5 minutes of an episode. Tried 6 different podcasts, every single one started with an ad and continued to play ads throughout every episode. Just awful. **Developer response:** Hi KavanaUIK, thank you for the feedback. We've tested it ourselves and other users are seeing it work well, but it uses AI which, as noted in the app and description, isn't always perfect, and we're actively working on improving its accuracy.
