it said cash out after completing level 10. After finishing you find out you have a task to do. Not surprising however the task is not there. There is no big wheel for you to spend and I’m halfway through level 11. The instructions in the withdraw area says as soon as you can complete level 10 the wheel will be available. NOT SO.!!!!
