TIPS FOR FINDING HEARTBEAT
- Take your phone out of its case and turn the volume up.
- Make direct contact with the skin
- Feel for the baby's back and place the phone's mic against that spot; it's closest to their heart. You can monitor your own pulse to help differentiate between yours and your baby's. Your baby's should be over 110BPM.
- A silent room, long recording, and positioning close to heartbeat yield the best results.
- Bigger headphones may yield better results if you're having trouble. The loudest frequencies of the heart are very low, and small speakers and headphones may not be able to play them as well.

I followed all the instruction. Set my phone to airplane mode, recorded in a quiet room with no fans or anything, hard the phone pressed to my skin, and was completely still. After I recorded I listened with headphones. It gave me nothing but static. I'm 25 weeks and 4 days and I couldn't hear anything. Straight static.

What a let down! Got this app when we first fell pregnant, figured it didn't work as heartbeat wasn't strong enough at that point. Now it's been months but still nothing, I even tried to listen to my heartbeat with this and it still didn't work - waste of money!!

I will download and try it for free, but given the bad reviews I'm not spending that for something that may not work. Lots of other paid apps that have better reviews.
