No matter how I search, I can’t find the “access key” that I need to start the program. Documentation is somewhat lacking.

Can't open app bc don't have an access code? And it's it's in Portuguese. I am so confused. Website is outdated in terms of no Mac supported app. Terrible. Please fix!
