I’ve been exercising quite a lot over lock down but started to get lower back pain. I downloaded the app on a recommendation and went through identifying my issue.  Turns out I needed to stretch my hamstrings. I was given a couple of exercises to do daily and its done the trick.

When I’ve exercised previously I’ve always ended up injured before too long - I think FLX will allow me to get fitter by training for longer without injury.
