I recently subscribed to an app called Highsfield on the App Store for $29.99. However, shortly after, the app changed its name to Fly AI without notice. Both versions of the app are completely non-functional — they do not perform as described, and I am unable to use any features I paid for. It appears this was a scam from the beginning. The app no longer does what was originally advertised, and the switch to a different app name is highly suspicious. Please investigate this issue and process a full refund for this deceptive and unusable subscription.
