Great idea, poor process: despite correctly following the process to register online, all links invariably take me back to the magazine seller trying to sell a renewal. No link actually takes me to the content, despite the fact that I was identified as “signed in.” Very lame customer fulfillment. ### 1/5 — Inconsistent performance *2023-01-04* I have been a subscriber for a number of years, yet it seems that with about half of the new issues, I am unable to access the digital version. After all, you are doing exactly what is making them go out of business. I purchased a year subscription in May 2018. As of July 6th 2018 I still do not have access to the content I purchased. That includes the April/May or the June/July issue of the magazine. I have sent more then a dozen emails to fly fisherman about this issue. And as of today I have not received a response from them. I get the print version and enjoy that aspect of having access to the 3 issues I have received. The digital app is a different story. The first and second issues I have been able to read just fine. When the newest issue was released and the cover page shows up on the app it won’t let me read it. When it is selected it goes to a page where it ask me to purchase the issue, or buy a subscription. I have written e-mails to the Outdoor Group that owns the Fly Fisherman Magazine, but their response is try this, or that. All things that I have done. Has been working great for me. And the quality is great.
