### 1/5 — The Airline with Worst Consumer rights

I have travelled with so many airlines but Fly Jinnah has the worst consumer rights or worst user friendly. The priority is given to money over everything, booking system is bad and categories are based on the weight but meantime there is no advantage who don’t have baggage or with minimal baggage/ cabin baggage only. Modification is allowed only ultimate category which only benifit is checked in baggage. Others categories are not allowed to modify or change of flight less than 24 hrs even for domestic flights not allowed with fee. It means if sudden plan change no benifit to costomer. I gave 1 start for just punctuality.

No support for Apple Pay and payfort verification fails. Never had such a hard time giving someone money.
