I always pay on time and when system update on apps and struggle click not make payment and now think I make missing payment which it not right. I have to contact customer service and have to wait for them answer. Their time different compare to mine. Now it effect me. I was think will not like do again if they mess up not make payment and it not my fault for struggle and try update then have to contact and tell them to do for me. You can never get in contact with a human , they only do emails and even then it takes a couple days to respond . They have canceled my reservation without even telling me and did not issue me a refund . If I have to get legal matters for this I would !!!! ### 2/5 — Disappointed *2022-06-24, version 1.4.3* I have to say I am very disappointed with this app. I was approved and tried to book a flight. When I first tried after I got through the process of picking a flight put in passenger info and the app crashed. I had to keep removing and adding back on my phone. Finally thought I got it to work and now it is saying it can’t offer me a loan try again later. You already approved me so what is the problem? Why is the app not working properly. Ended up paying an additional $30 in late fees went all my payments were on time and early. You never can get a hold of A live person nor do they return emails.I would recommend them to improve their customer service. They have a customer service number but it’s all automated!!! ### 2/5 — Denial without reason *2022-06-08, version 1.4.2* I am writing this not to be negative but to give a heads up to anyone applying. I had just got this app to help me pay for a vacation and all it kept saying was denied because I am not the right fit which was confusing because my credit is great, my payment history is great so I don’t really understand why I was denied. But when I try to purchase another ticket , the app wouldn’t let me , now I’m trying to log in a it keeps saying my app needs to be updated , but it’s up to date. I have been approved but can’t use it because it only gives me the option to book through their flights which don’t include the places I need to go. I also wanted to book a hotel but the buttons that are shown at the bottom are not on my app. I have only 1 option and that’s to book a flight with their flights. Super disappointed and now worried about giving my information. ### 1/5 — Terrible *2022-03-26, version 1.4.1* I originally had a limit if 1500, booked a trip paid off months early and now they tell me i cant book before July and my limit is now 1000. It doesn't make sense that i paid off way early and seems i’m being punished for it! I tried using the in app chat they claim is a human just for it to say it will have an agent reach out if necessary(nobody reaches out) i have emailed twice with no response. I am seriously frustrated and disappointed and will provide never use this service again! ### 1/5 — App is garbage *2022-03-25, version 1.4.1* Download this app and went through all of the prompts only to get to a page that says hang on we are running credentials then it glitches, the app closes and when I go back and I had to start from the beginning again. This has happened four times to me. I finally got all the way through it (6th try!) and it said I was not a good fit….even though my credit score of 620 and I have very little debt. Laughable app. ### 2/5 — I See The Potential *2022-03-01, version 1.3.2* I downloaded the app on a whim after seeing an ad about it on Instagram. I was approved for $1000 which is more than enough for my family and I. But I ran into booking issues where the app asks me for passport information and I don’t have one. When I set up the app I used my driver’s license as the form of ID. Now I cannot utilize the app fully because I don’t have a passport! I see the potential of the app, but right now it’s just now there. Things that could make the app better -Filters (scrolling though layover flights got old QUICKLY) -Facial ID/password (if I change my phone number I would be locked out of the app) ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Do NOT use *2023-09-25* I would not recommend this app to anyone. It’s just a waste of time! I was approved for a credit and others were also but we can’t even use the credit on any current or future bookings due to a system error the app is experiencing. This app should not even be available to download until all bugs and errors have been corrected. There is no way for me to use my credit or create a virtual card. I was told by support that if it’s an emergency booking to use an alternate payment method like a credit card. If i had a credit card I wouldn’t of downloaded the app. I would suggest using apps like Hopper, Alternative Flights (allows pay in 4), and Cheap O Air flights.. for discounted flights. Please read the other reviews, everyone is experiencing the same issue and the customer support is terrible. I was these type of apps would stop outsourcing for customer service. ### 1/5 — Very confusing *2023-07-24* I had an account, which I paid off in full, no problems. Tried to use again but it kept saying I was approved for $0 - contacted support and really got nothing back. Then out of the blue I get an email saying they would no longer be available for US customers. So I deleted the app. Just reinstalled to see if I could login and they deleted my account. I tried to create a new one but it just keeps telling me that my cell phone number is not reachable 🤷‍♀️ Would love to be able to use this for travel but it’s not worth the headache ### 1/5 — App is glitching and support is useless *2023-04-08* When I first got the app, I got approved for $1500. I used that limit to buy tickets to Seattle. During the buy process, the screen took over 15mins to confirm purchase. I did my payments on time and sometimes early. I even paid it off early. I, then got bumped up to a $2000 limit. I used it and paid it off early. Recently, I logged in and saw my $2000 still there. I needed to purchase a ticket due to a family emergency and thought i was good to go. Until reaching checkout, i got error message saying my limit was $0. Even though i had not made any purchases. Mind you, when i first signed in again i saw my $2000 limit. I went back to the home page of the app and saw a $0 limit. I refreshed the app and reinstalled. Still a $0 limit. I contacted support and they told me because of my credit. Even though my credit was good and i had a $2000 limit when i had signed in. The app is very glitchy and support doesn’t help really. ### 1/5 — Not Recommended They Took Away My Credit *2023-01-18, version 1.4.5* I used this app three different times for travel. I paid everything off on time. The next time I went to use it, I had a $2,000 credit line that was immediately gone and vanished with no explanation as to why. Customer Service is nonexistent. I couldn’t get an answer let alone a resolution. Terrible company! do not use them they will disappoint! ### 1/5 — They want your social security number just to look at the app! *2022-12-03, version 1.4.3* Nope. First they ask to track you. Then they want your personal info including social security number just to look at the app. I’m sure this is even a hard credit check which drops your credit score and for what just to look at the app offerings! Stay away from this company! ### 1/5 — useless noa *2022-11-23, version 1.4.3* It was nice at first. They gave me the virtual card so I can book my airbnb and pay in installments. However after I paid that one off early. They dont let me create a virtual card anymore! Im only allowed to book flights through their app but they disabled me on getting a virtual card anymore. They wont tell me why! I believe it’s because i paid it off early and they didn’t get their interest. This app was only useful being able to use it on airbnb. ### 1/5 — Horrible *2022-11-05, version 1.4.3* I signed up and it told me I could use up to 1500. It would not let me book a flight unless it was 3 months in advance. When I tried to log back it it’s showing 0 available to use towards a flight and there isn’t any way of contacting anyone. When I try to send a confirmation to log into the website (no mobile site) I do not receive a confirmation to the email I signed up with. So it’s a little sketchy. I contacted customer support & they got back to me pretty fast & stated "there app is having trouble their working on it" ... yea it's been over a month so idk what type of work their doing but uhm NO! Next !!! ### 1/5 — Frustrated Customer *2022-10-05, version 1.4.3* Despite all the reviews about not being able to reach out to them and what now. I decided to trust my better judgment and get the app for me. It has worked in securing an Airbnb for me and my family. Now trying to get them to understand cancellation it’s impossible to reach them. It annoys me completely.
