The drone’s camera never sent any images to my phone. Something that should have been simple turned into a lengthy pain in the neck. I finally tried using an alternative app, WiFi UAV, and it worked fine, allowing my Karuisrc K417 to capture pictures and videos, proving that the fault is in the Fly Plus app. It needs an update for iPhone users.
