I hope this helps grow the industry. It’s a beautiful concept I hope we invest in this kind of thing more. Uber for the sky ### 2/5 — I’ve used it a handful of times but it’s over promising and under delivering *2026-02-12* I have to be 100% honest here. I’ve used this to take multiple private flights. But I also paid 6x the price to get a cabin+. If you don’t have cabin+ (their premier membership) good luck even getting a flight unless it’s a random place on a random day. Even then the flight could be cancelled for whatever reason. Now to the app. The App barely works, logs me out, and never loads any flights. I call their support system, which never answers by the way, a they tell me to delete the app and download it again. It seems like they have plenty of sales people but when an issue happens, they go ghost. I would rate it lower but I have taken 5 flights with my membership and the pilots were amazing as well as the experience flying. But everything else is trash. You will not get a flight if you buy the cheapest membership and even if you buy their premier membership, the flight might get cancelled before it’s confirmed. ### 2/5 — Glitchy App needs work *2026-02-08* This app crashes a lot, kicks you out and takes many tries to get back in. The idea of the program is a good one and I have used it successfully but it takes a lot of work. They cancel over half of the flights that show up on the app as well. More than half the time I get a flight they cancel it. You need a lot of flexibility for this to work for you - when it works it’s awesome. Please fix your app and system FlyVaunt ### 4/5 — Good idea but the app is brutal *2026-02-06, version 1.1.47* The idea behind vaunt is truly a good one if you know what your getting into. The app on the other hand, needs a refresh/update. It logs you out, doesn’t show you the time and waitlist before joining. Feels very pre beta ### 1/5 — Scammy *2026-01-15, version 1.1.45* I know how the app works. Nothing is ever available. I’ve seen flights that go a few miles like Dallas to Fort Worth. Flights always getting canceled or they take priority people that pay $1000 extra. This is just a cash grab hence the rest of the reviews similar to mine. Owner of app claims that the reason for the reviews is due to lack of understanding of how it works but I can assure you that people that can throw $2k a year at something have some sense and education ### 1/5 — scam *2026-01-03, version 1.1.44* its a complete scam dont waste your money ### 1/5 — Stay away! *2025-12-24, version 1.1.44* One of a million problems with this company, but for now, I will stick to the iPhone app. The iPhone app will send you 100 one hundred notifications per day, half of which are duplicates. And it will send you 10 ten notifications in an 8 eight minute span- all duplicates. Emblematic of and a microcosm of the company as a whole: a disaster. Don’t ever fall for anything which looks too good to be true. ### 1/5 — I’d avoid *2025-12-22, version 1.1.44* Most flights end up canceling day of so if you book return flights etc you’re screwed. When you sign up they tell you it’s very rare but it’s over 50% from what I’ve experienced. This last one canceled 4 hours before we were supposed to depart and they said there’s nothing they can do about giving more notice etc. ### 1/5 — App straight up doesn’t work *2025-10-23, version 1.1.40* Doesn’t let you sign in. Doesn’t let you see flights. Entire thing is a scam ### 2/5 — I search option *2025-09-21, version 1.1.36* Unless I’m missing something, there is no search capability. It simply lists all the available flights and I need to scroll all the way through to see if there are any from a nearby airport. I mean, it’s nice to see I can fly from Nashville or Plano, but I’m near LA so that does me no good. ### 1/5 — Terrible *2025-08-31, version 1.1.35* Avoid this company at all costs. Once you give them your phone number they will text you nonstop at all hours. I’ve lost count of the number of texts over the last 4-5 weeks harassing me to pay thousands of dollars for what other reviewers have described as a scam. I have blocked multiple phone numbers from Vaunt. I have never responded. They still text. All. The. App is asking for my phone number, I provide it, and then I’m told the number is already in use. Yeah, I was signed in, you logged me off and now I can’t log in. A service I want to use but can’t even log in anymore. ### 1/5 — Don’t Join *2026-03-25, version 1.1.49* I got on one flight. They got me to upgrade and after that I haven’t gotten on one flight even though it closes with me at the #1 spot. They just send a text saying the operator cancelled the flight. It happened 4 times in six days. Never was able to use the service a single time. It was a constant sales pitch of one upgrade after another. I deleted it just as fast when I looked and saw that the majority of the legs where to places I was NOT interested in visiting plus almost none to Miami which is where I live. Would it be nice to fly a private jet once? Yes. Is it worth $3k membership? No. Also, you have to pay to get your butt back home flying commercial which adds up to even more money. The 1 star is because the company keeps texting (harassing) me everyday saying the see I downloaded the app and wanna talk to me about the membership! Seriously!?! I tried blocking the number and it doesn’t let me. Incredible. ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work *2026-01-21* Never received the sign up code, maybe because I have a Canadian phone number who knows. It’s 2026 there’s lots of Canadian in the states do better. ## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated) ### 5/5 — Massive ROI for the right people *2026-04-04* If you have a flexible schedule like me and reasons to visit various cities (I’m in M&A so for me I travel to source deals), this app/service can provide a 10x+ return on the money. People who have never flown or paid for private flights and don’t know the costs may not understand just how crazy the return on investment can be here. I signed up for cabin+ which is 10k a year in November of 2025. I’ve already taken 4 flights that if I paid for would already have me at over 100k in fees to a charter company. If you aren’t patient, don’t understand the value of private travel, and don’t have a flexible schedule… this may not be for you. If you do have a flexible schedule this is a gift of savings and Flex from the heavens. ### 5/5 — Genius! *2026-03-26, version 1.1.49* It basically picks unique places to go and you just hop on and ride the rainbow. Keep hopping on new flights and work it into spontaneous travel. Pretty sweet! It also flies to far away places a couple times a month that I regularly go to. I recently flew on a flight operated by Fly exclusive with Vaunt. No I was not paid to leave this review. Nobody asked me to leave this review. I flew on a CJ3 after winning the waitlist. You have to understand the point of this app. It’s opening up empty legs. These sort of flights come with last-minute notices due to repositioning being determined a few days before scheduled departures I really enjoy my experience and I look forward to the next flight I’m going to take. (edit) since my last review I have taken two additional flights all on the fly exclusive fleet. Since writing my initial posts waitlists now close 12 hours prior to departure and flight volume has increased significantly especially in the last few days. Amazing experiences. (Edit edit) since my last edit they have integrated a few more operators. One of which is beneficial to me on the east coast, JetVia with Lear 60’s. They are super reliable with not canceling and even got an amply leg from OPF-HPN. Wild ### 5/5 — Worth the wait *2025-07-16* About a year ago I bit the bullet and paid for a 2 year membership to Vaunt hoping to get a ride on a private jet. It’s kind of the luck of the draw to get one convenient enough, but then as with everything too good to be true, flights get cancelled or rerouted. On my 5th try, and 2nd awarded flight (first was cancelled), I finally had the opportunity to fly. We were assigned a 6 seat Lear Jet, and I have to say it was the best experience flying in my life—and I’ve flown probably a million miles commercially. The vaunt experience does work, but it’s a bit of a gamble, and a bit of patience. I’ll do a full video review later, but the app is good and getting better. Now I’m part of an elite club that can say stuff like I flew to KC to get BBQ on a Private Jet for the day and flew home later that night. Total spent was a fraction of what a real private jet costs. I was able to secure a flight to Naples. I took the flight with a few of my friends and even brought my pup on board. We had never been on a private jet and it was a total thrill - everything from walking into the jet to controlling the lights and music made us feel important.
