Beyond the app itself, the airline and its services are extremely poor, whether in customer service, booking experience, or the way they manipulate travelers with their conditions and policies. I do not recommend it at all. The flight attendant brought a bag from the back and placed on top of my bag which has my laptop. I asked nicely to not put a heavy bag on top of my laptop bag. He said if you don’t like it, place it under your seat. It is like if I paid extra only to stuff my pay under my seat. Very poor guest services.
