They are scammers. They stole my item and money. No one answers the phone or chat or email. You cannot get ahold of them. I scheduled when I wanted my item to be returned FOUR TIMES and it was never returned. No one has answered. This is a full time scam. ### 1/5 — Impossible to reach support *2021-03-31, version 3.10.2* The app says that my laundry was delivered but I never received it. I have been trying to reach the phone number on the app for 3 days and no answers. I emailed as well with no response. Then on 4 separate occasions I tried to schedule and they’d tell me that they’re coming late after the scheduled window, then my entire order would just disappear after awhile? So I’d be waiting a few hours for no reason and they’d delete my entire order as if I wasn’t waiting. Horrible service. Noticed they upped the price by lbs by quite a bit as well. Aside from that, I’ve read reviews that people’s UNDERWEAR has gone missing and their luxury clothing. Don’t download or trust this app. ### 1/5 — Do not use. *2020-06-28, version 3.10.2* This app is absolutely a scam. If you have any kind of schedule do not and I repeat do not use them. They have no communication. You get a text that your window is starting, which is a 2 hour window. In reality this means wait all day until you call for a delivery driver to actually pick up your laundry. Then when it’s finally picked up you have to wait 2+ days to get it back. Again another text with a two hour window. Here I am 4 hours later I can’t get a hold of anyone so I wasted a day of sitting around waiting for something that did not even happen. I highly recommend Washclub if you live in nyc. They actually pick up on time and deliver when they say and if you ever need to get in touch with them they are available. I used to use this app all the time and then it went down hill and is not worth it at all. I thought I’d give them one more chance and here I am no laundry to even be seen. Please take my recommendation and use washclub. They’re fast, reliable, and you’ll actually have the laundry back in the time they state it to be finished. Wow, I wonder how you mess up the core objective of the app, hah! On to another service and I’m going to bring my friends/ neighbors with me! ### 1/5 — It’s a nightmare *2020-05-16, version 3.10.2* This is the worst service ever! I sent two bags of clothes to them. They supposed to send back on Monday, but I kept receiving emails from them that delivery will be delayed. I rescheduled several times for the following days. Finally, they sent bag two bath towels on Friday. I called the number on app. The woman answered my call lied to me say the delivery guy left one bag at store. It would be delivered on Saturday. So I rescheduled a delivery Saturday morning. One hour passed the delivery window Saturday morning, I got an email say they won’t be able to deliver my cloth today. I called few times to figure out what happened. One lady said she found my laundry bag. She guaranteed me that they will deliver my bag to me by EOD and the window time is 4-7. Then I got another email say they won’t be able to deliver my bag. I called them. Now they admit they couldn’t find my laundry bag. When I asked to talk to the manager, the girl answered my call said “I can’t give you her private number.” They know it’s a difficult time for people to do laundry and no one can go to their store to complain. So they fully take advantage of that to rip off customers. No customer service number, no place you can complain. I used this service. The pickup was smooth, the app was buggy and took a while to confirm , but it went smoothly. I scheduled a dropout the next day. It never came and the driver never called. I did this 6 more times. I had to end up driving to the laundromat and figure out how to get my clothes. I was really left undignified with a week without clean clothes. They have no phone number, and of the 10 emails I sent responded to 2. They also broke my laundry basket. STAY AWAY. they did offer me a 50% refund after I complained, horrible customer service. They do not answer phone calls or support messages, and I don't know the location to pick them up. Look them up on Yelp and you will see many reviews echoing this experience. I have my bedding and nearly all of my clothing in this order, including pieces of deep sentimental value. I am so upset and cannot believe a company can get away with this, as FlyCleaners clearly has for some time. Do not use them! The first time I tried to book with them, they did not show up. The second time, they showed up and then rang the doorbell at least 10 times in the 30 seconds it took for me to come down the stairs. Then, worst of all, they lost a bunch of my clothing, including an extremely sentimental and irreplaceable flannel, as well as a cardigan that I’ve loved and worn for years. I cannot tell you the amount of sadness and stress I’ve dealt with since using them ONE time. Unhappy experience :c ### 1/5 — Great if you never want to see your laundry again *2021-12-14, version 3.10.2* This used to be a really great and reliable app. They definitely wash my clothes better than I do myself and that’s the reason I still keep trying to use them hoping each time for a little more reliability. However in the past year I’m lucky if I get my laundry back two weeks later. Sometimes you cannot schedule the delivery at all and have to keep trying. Customer service is non-exsistent. There is no number to call and no one ever responds to emails. There’s also a chat option in the app but it doesn’t work either. Lately I’ve had better luck scheduling the deliveries and just wind up waiting during the scheduled time with no deliveries happening. This is my fourth time this week - completely ridiculous (tried twice week before). They do a way better job than I would plus after doing laundry I never want to fold my clothes BUT fly cleaners does all. The driver was kind and courteous. The delivery/return guy was kind and courteous as well. I had to push my delivery back and hour and everything went well. The clothes for dry cleaning looks fine. I had particular instructions for pressing pants which got noticed. I am very satisfied at this time with the service. But then I thought about trying fly cleaners! I got $20 off and they came like 10 mins after I had ordered them! And now I'm supposed to get my laundry in a few mins! Which is crazy because I got to sleep in before work and I didn’t have to leave my house to have my laundry done! Came back folded and smelling great. My socks weren't paired up, but not a biggie. Planning on having them do my next laundry order Dry Cleaning - took a little longer that I liked, but I didn't have to haul any of it around and everything showed up pressed and sharp Overall been really happy with the results and with the time saved ### 5/5 — Goodbye laundry room *2017-10-24* I have used Fly Cleaners for machine washable items to be picked up, washed, folded and returned the next day. I received them back right on time and well handled. The unscented wash smells fresh (yay! no cloying scent) and all was folded neatly and was sorted and easy to put away. I accidentally threw in something I would have normally hand washed but it was fine. Though I would not do this except by mistake I was pleased to see no damage or shrinking. If you tend to run late be careful about scheduling. These folks run ON TIME. (Yay again!!) I had an 8-9 am pickup window today that I had scheduled in advance. The driver was here promptly at 8. I am very happy with this service especially because it costs roughly the same as using machines and your own detergent. I won’t be going back to my building laundry room. Very personal delivery, the delivery man asked me about my preference and informed me that he will likely be delivering to me 9/10 times so he’ll remember. I think the price per pound could possibly be a little lower but so far the service has been outstanding! ### 3/5 — Lost 1 of 2 bags for two days *2018-12-21, version 3.8.0* They picked up two bags with two different bar codes then only brought back one of the bags. I had to call and email many times until someone finally got back. They eventuelly located my bag but it took longer than what was comfortable… in my opinion. Especially considering that the max they pay you if they lose your bag is $400. My stuff was worth at least three times that number so naturally I was very concerned that I would not be able to replace everything. I am going to give them a second chance because all the pick up and delivery guys are SUPER nice and I think the app is pretty good. ### 2/5 — Disappointed :( *2020-04-20, version 3.10.2* I asked for no scent which cost extra. Supposed to get $10 off on first use, doesn’t look like that was applied. And I’m wondering if my friend got the $10 referral credit. Pick up and delivery guys were very nice. I was glad to see they wore masks. I’m disappointed but maybe they are overwhelmed now with covid19 business. I think I may try them a second time - waiting now to hear back to see how they will address my issues. Ugh, the scent is permeating my apartment.
