I paid 3,052.97Aed in total with this, there is a service fee of 222.81aed on top of that there is a transaction fee of 94.00aed still I booked but now I am receiving this kind of service. I asked for them refund and didn’t go on with my flight due to personal reasons. I asked them how much will be refunded they told me 2036aed, so for the charge of my cancellation its 1000+ aed but still I told them to cancel. Please do something about this matter as I’ve been following up for long time.
