## What is FlyDefend?

Delay, cancellation, baggage or refund issue? We assess flights with any airline on any route, seek an out-of-court resolution and, where justified, arrange legal action in the relevant jurisdiction.

Kamal Salbitti, FlyDefend's founder in Brazil, personally reviews passenger enquiries.

Interface in 31 languages.

Any airline. Any route.

• Flight delayed
• Flight cancelled
• Lost baggage
• Refund never arrived
• Not allowed to fly
• Stopped at the boarding gate

We understand how upsetting this can be. Record a detailed voice message on WhatsApp, at your own pace — we do not limit the length of your account. We will review everything and get back to you as soon as possible.

The button opens your chat with Kamal. Record and send your voice message in WhatsApp; he will receive it personally.

Assessment — We review the route and documents.
Negotiation — We seek a resolution with the airline.
Legal action — Where justified, in the relevant jurisdiction.

In Brazil assistance is mandatory and grows with the waiting time. It does not depend on the reason for the delay.

Collect everything now. Proving what happened is far harder later.
