And I did print unlimited flyers for a brief time but shortly after I purchased the subscription the app must have “updated” and now it is no longer unlimited without additional purchases. I can make 6 AI a month now I believe. I definitely am not getting what I paid for at time of purchase and wish I could and would get a refund…or honor what I actually purchased, which is unlimited flyers. I didn’t even know what it’s for. Somehow I started getting emails from them. And I couldn’t opt out of the emails without signing in. And I didn’t sign up in the first place, so I didn’t know my username. Customer service would not delete my account. They also kept sending me marketing emails I never asked for. Eventually they told me Gmail was being used for the account. I went to their website to try and sign in and delete my account. Nope. Have to download an app first. Then I could sign-in and finally delete an account I didn’t create in the first place. Apparently, it’s a place to make posters using AI. I went to use the AI flyer feature and I found that I now have to have “coins” to use the AI features? I already PAY FOR THE APP! I will not pay real money for something and then have to pay more money to use its features! I’ll be looking for a new app! have been using the paid version of this app for about 3 years and in those 3 years, I have yet to notice any sort of updated graphics. The app need many more individual images to use for designing flyers. Such as lines…the lines included in the app only get so small. Things like sports, photography stuff…if you can name it, I guarantee it needs updated graphics. If I have to go to the web more often than I use the built in graphics, why am I paying for this app? **Developer response:** Hi there!
