So quick and easy!
I have done everything form huge work projects to kids swimming pool parties with this app! I have used it for years now and won’t use any other app. I have done grand opening flyers and workshop itinerary’s for my business, graduation announcements and even beautiful wedding invitations! This app makes generating ideas and creating designs so simple and fast! I have very little knowledge of media software and even less patients when it comes to alignment and spacing. This software makes it so simple! You can drag to rearrange, click to remove anything you don’t want. Tons of fonts and custom color options that are easy to find and take no skill! You do not need to remember numbers of margins and dimensions. I just eyeball most of mine and the red dot ruler does the rest!! I swear they don’t pay me to say this, I just Love love love this app!!

Terrible customer service
I never signed up to use Design Wiz. I didn’t even know what it’s for. Somehow I started getting emails from them. And I couldn’t opt out of the emails without signing in. And I didn’t sign up in the first place, so I didn’t know my username.
Customer service would not delete my account. They also kept sending me marketing emails I never asked for. Eventually they told me Gmail was being used for the account.
I went to their website to try and sign in and delete my account. Nope. Have to download an app first. Then I could sign-in and finally delete an account I didn’t create in the first place.
Apparently, it’s a place to make posters using AI. I don’t have any need for that service, but if I did, I sure wouldn’t use this app.
