## What is flyers.nyc?

Flyers.nyc helps people posting flyers in New York City give their posters a public home online.

If you’re promoting an event, class, show, service, community notice, lost pet, open call, or neighborhood announcement, Flyers.nyc lets you submit a photo of your flyer through the app and make it easier for people to discover, save, and share.

Physical flyers are part of the city’s culture, but they’re easy to miss, tear down, cover up, or forget. Flyers.nyc helps preserve those posters and connect them to a public, searchable page that can be viewed by anyone on the web.

With the Flyers.nyc app, you can:

• Submit flyers you’re putting up around NYC
• The app will automatically capture flyer details from the image
• Give your event, service, or notice a public page
• Help build a living archive of NYC’s local flyers/posters and street-level culture

Flyers.nyc is for artists, musicians, organizers, small businesses, teachers, neighbors, venues, promoters, and anyone using flyers to get the word out in New York City.
